Have you finally got one?wish_uk wrote:hello, every body!
what is the exact wordings of the stamp called "EEA DEPENDANT INK STAMP"
does work is allowed if some one is endorsed a stamp, "admitted under EEA regulation 2006 for six months"?
what is the difference between these two stamps
thankss
What entry port did you get your stamp?wish_uk wrote:Yes we got entry stamp.
And my passport stamp says
"Admitted to Uk under immigration(EEA) regulations 2006 For six months"
But i am confused!
is it EEA dependant Ink stamp or not?
If i apply for job, what happened, does my employer send the copy of stamp page to home office in order to confirm my rights of work in UK.
But that meaning of 'right to work' isn't relevant for new employment by strangers. The question is whether the stamp would enable an employer to establish a statutory excuse in case it turned out, for example, that the sponsor was not actually an EEA or Swiss citizen, or was not actually exercising treaty rights and did not have PR. (Of course, it may be that the Immigration Bill 2015-6 will make EEA family members unemployable without continuing evidence of the sponsor's status - 'reasonable cause to believe that the employee is disqualified...'.)
I am very thankful to every body who gave me advise and encourage me to move especially vinny and other senior members and moderators who help me a lot and I hot succesful entry.vinny wrote:I don't think that the immigration stamp, nor an EEA family permit, on its own is sufficient for a prospective employer.
If you are now in UK then the simplest way to prove your status (and your right to work, etc) to anyone is to now apply for a RC.wish_uk wrote:I am very thankful to every body who gave me advise and encourage me to move especially vinny and other senior members and moderators who help me a lot and I hot succesful entry.vinny wrote:I don't think that the immigration stamp, nor an EEA family permit, on its own is sufficient for a prospective employer.

You may need to show or use your RC sooner rather than later;wish_uk wrote:What is better?
