Settlement visa applied in petoria,what a message

my husband applied for a settlement visa in 4weeks ago in petoria after being overstayed in uk. today he got a email message from petoria high comission saying '' YOUR APPLICATION IS READY TO BE COLLECTED''. we are very nervous we dont know the outcome of the application.How does this message sound like.my husband has not been called for interview ?help me to interpret this message.
