Have you stayed away for too long or can your entries and exit s to and from UK be considered as being for keeping ilr? If not nothing to worry about for refusal.ujjawaltech101 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 3:27 pmThank you...
My BRP card is expiring on 7 May 2024
And I applied for a new BRP card on 16 April 2024
Application was made to UKVI
so here is my situation:
During my BRP card duration, I have been out of UK most of the time, but i always entered UK within 2 years.
Some of the reasons i have mentioned on the cover letter for being away so much time are:
1. I have had a company in UK, and a support office in a foreign country
2. Another reason is COVID
3. And earthquake that required my support so I was away most of the time ..
The only thing I have not provided is supporting documents of me proving my stay in UK which is optional. Example council tax bill, GP appointment letter etc..
On the cover letter I have provided references too.
My question, can the ukiv reject my BRP card renewal application ?
I plan to travel abroad next week and UKIV takes Upto 8 weeks for decision
What happens if they reject the BRP card application and I am not here.. ?
Travelling outside the UK has nothing to do with your BRP or the renewal application. However you can ONLY fly back and return when you get your new BRPujjawaltech101 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 6:53 amI have applied for my ILR BRP renewal card which is expiring in 25 days.
I need to travel to Nepal.
I have my BRL card with me.
I plan to travel this week.
When the renewed BRP card comes my family will
DHL to me.
What's the likelihood of things going wrong... ?
Am I okay to travel ?
Thank you ....
