UK ILR renewal - what if it gets declined

I applied for ILR renewal on April 19, 2024
It's expiring on 7 may 24

I have written a cover letter saying why I was out of UK for most part of my 10 years. But always entered UK within 2 years.

I have mentioned on the cover letter which is also true that

I have setup a support office of my UK company in a foreign country
Another reason is COVID
And earthquake that required my support so I was away most of the time ..

The only thing I have not provided is supporting documents of me proving my stay in UK which is optional. Example council tax bill, GP appointment letter etc..
On the document
I have provided references too.

My question, can the ukba reject my ILR renewal application

I plan to travel abroad next week and ukba takes Upto 8 weeks for decision

What happens if they reject and I am not here.. ?

What exactly have you applied for? There is no renewal of ILR. Also, the UKBA was abandoned many years ago.

My BRP card is expiring on 7 May 2024
And I applied for a new BRP card on 16 April 2024

Application was made to UKVI

so here is my situation:

During my BRP card duration, I have been out of UK most of the time, but i always entered UK within 2 years.

Have you stayed away for too long or can your entries and exit s to and from UK be considered as being for keeping ilr? If not nothing to worry about for refusal.

DHL to me.

Travelling outside the UK has nothing to do with your BRP or the renewal application. However you can ONLY fly back and return when you get your new BRP
