British Child, Pakistani Mother (divorced) Visa options

I have a question.

A British child currently living in UAE with her mother (divorced - single parent). Mother is not British. Mother is Pakistani national.
Now both child and mother want to come to UK. can someone help me what type of visa the mother will be needed to enter UK?
