Hello!

A company registered under SIC "47990 : Other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets" can sponsor/offer work permits?

Can anyone please guide over this.

I think you may be unaware of the criteria for sponsoring someone for a vacant role. I suggest you read through the information in the link below.

Your business type as per Company House registration is largely irrelevant unless you are in a regulated sector, health, education, law, accountancy etc.
If you are an online retail business it will not in itself prevent you from gaining a license.
If you want to sponsor a sales assistant that is however a no.
