I would like to visit US as a tourist with my family

My children and me have Uk passport so we don’t need to go through visa process however my wife (in Uk) who has an Indian passport and permanent residence and my brother and my mother (in India) have Indian passport

What is the process for my wife and my mother and brother?

Can I make one application or 3 different ones?

Do I need a letter of invitation but we don’t know many people and we are going in as tourist only
