You are not going to get anyone to help you on the basis of what you have written above.

I just wish people like you give more details about your problems instead of writting a two line post.

my visa got rejected due the following reasons plz help mee

Post by akhila » Mon Jun 08, 2009 3:45 pm

myself (indian) and my husband (indian)who got PR got married in feb of this yeat and applied for my settlement visa to uk and I was refused...
The first point of refusal was we stated on application that we first met on 15/11/2008 but we didn't give the entry and exit stamps of my husband as an evidence.we didn't provide any evidence or details of how we came to meet each other on this date..for this wat we hav to provide our's is an arranged marriage.more over didnot provide any evdience of regular contact and this casts doubt to the ECO whether our relationship is subsisting...but we hav regular contact through skype
Second ponit of refusal is my sponsor's banks statements that the 420 pounds monthly rent is being paid..here the ECO said that we didn't provide any evidence but my husband is paying rent through cash and he is living in a shared accomidation...
Third point of refusal is we sent internet printouts of my husband bank account as evidence of ability .The ECO noticed that large deposits were made to the account during this period shown and submitted no evidence..At that time he is in india so we took internet printouts and his friend deposited the amount for the sake of visa application..As the internet printouts are not provided by bank charges could have been made to details such as amounts and account number..
These are the points on which ECO rejected my visa application so plz hlep me wat to do...should I appel or re apply...we are sure that we can provide the evidence to the ECO and iam eagar to meet my husband as soon as possible..I heard that appel will take lots of time Iam asking for ur kind consideration and looking forward for your reply....

Having read your post in full and given it great thought my advise to you would be to re apply in six months time.

You have made to many mistakes ( highlighted in bold) with your original application.

Its a bit complicated explaining to you in a post, so send me private message with your personal email address or Skype info, and I will explain to you what you need to do do.
