I applied for ILR as per HSMP JR. There is no need for bank statements or proof for financial capability as long as you have not claimed benefits. I however sent P60/45 of the last 5 years, that is all.bhayankar wrote:Hi
Can someone guide me regarding this; I am a Doctor employed in NHS and now am applying for ILR under HSMP - judicial review.
My bank account has gone in debit (overdraft) for 1 or 2 days just before I got paid, this will show in my bank statements. Its not in overdraft now when I am applying.
Is this going to affect my application?
Thanks
Thanks mate.nj wrote:Dear bhayankar
You submit your all P60s for the qualifying period and last 3 months payslips (instead of bank statements).
Best of luck

It will be fine. Even if you provide bank statememt along with P60/P45, it will not affect your application. Bank Statement is used to link your payslips and also to confirm your economic activity.bhayankar wrote:Hi

Very helpful.bani wrote:It won't be a problem (no maintenance fund requirement under JR) but I advise that you send the bank statements. I say this because it's on the Set(O) form, maybe they won't even look at it, but why take the chance? You only need to send the last 3 to match your last 3 payslips.
