Doncaster Address (No P.O.Box #) to send docs with courier.

Post by hanybacha » Wed Apr 12, 2006 12:08 pm

Hello All,

I just wanted to share this information with you, in case someone is interested.

I tried to send my HSMP application to Doncaster by FedEx, but they refused to send to the below address:
------------------------------------------
Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)
PO Box 551
Home Office
Doncaster
South Yorkshire
DN1 1XU
------------------------------------------
They told me they need a street address, not a P.O.Box one.
I tried the one below, and it worked. My application was successfully delivered:

------------------------------------------
Highly Skilled Migrants Programme (HSMP)
Home Office, IND
Heavens Walk
Doncaster Carr
Doncaster
South Yorkshire (England)
DN1 1XU
------------------------------------------

Regards,
Hany

great for the tip...
Just one question, how did you manage to courier it using Fedex and overcome the situation of not getting a signature from the Home Office people when they receive it? And the same goes for when they return your documents?
Your response how you tackle the situation will be greatly appreciate because I am planning to send my soon.

They did sign upon receiving the docs ...
the information on the FedEx tracking website showed:

Signed for by : T.ELFORD
Delivered to : Receptionist / Front Desk

Hope that helps !

Hany
