what is your current immigration status, and what are the circumstances surrounding the DV allegation or charge or conviction, and what sentence given. _________________ Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Success doesn't come without strife |

I believe it is a learning curve. You will not make the same mistake in future again.
Usually a fine have a rehabilitation period of 5 years.
After wish you could apply for Naturalisation, provided the law has not changed.
You will not be removed or deported, as you never had a prison sentence of 12months or more. Your ILR is therefore safe.
Try and stay calm and possibly seek professional assistance and help.
If you commit similar offences and you are incaserated for 12 months. You could face deportation and you ILR revoked. _________________ Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Success doesn't come without strife |
