Unmarried partner visa

I just checked spouse visa form for my partner. I am Muslim and only did Islamic marriage not English what you think I can apply my partner visa as un married partner or as married. I got marriage certificate from mosque.

I believe some mosques in the UK are recognised by the HO for conducting marriages but most not. For unmarried partner see unmarried visa.
