Dear all,

I am a PhD student at UK. I want to take my two children to UK under tier 4 dependent visa. My husband is in the Army. He cannot stay with me in UK for 4 yrs and therefore cannot apply in dependent category. As per the immigration rule, both parents has to stay fulltime in UK for children to qualify as a dependent. Do I have any other option so that my children are allowed to have a dependent visa ?
