Hi all,
i am a British Citizen, brought my partner and 4 years old son to UK on EEA family permit via Germany.
I started working again in UK from last month and got the contract of 18K p.a, hardly managing the financial life.
now i need to apply for EEA2 (residence cards) for my partner and son, my question is:
can i apply for any benefit that does not affect negatively on my family's RC's?

Hi All,
Sorry to ask the same question again, but i really want help .......can you please tell me that i being a british citizen, am i eligible to claim for housing benefits, jobseekers allowance and child credits while my partners and sons application has been sent to ukba for residence card EEA2.
will the benefits affect their application? |
