FLR (EC) required documents

Post by bujj » Wed Jun 19, 2013 10:30 am

Hi,

My husband is in UK on ILR since November 2011. My daughter and I moved moved to India in Dec 2010 due to family emergency and were not able to apply for ILR along with my husband. My daughter is 5 and was born in India. We have decided to move back to UK, so what are the documents that we require to apply for a FLR(EC). Also my husband has a registered limited company where he is the director and employee. So what are the documents required for that. We were on Tier1 dependent earlier.

Regards

If your Tier 1 dependent has expired while you were in India, you need to apply on VAF4A, spouse of settled person.

Not sure where you got the information of FLR(EC).
