I have two children who are born in the uk,,I am an overstayer,and I have been suffering with this kids,without no help from the social service even when the kids are involve,because of my statue in the country ,I am tired of friends and church member helping me,I have made up mind to go to the home office in Croydon in person with my two kids,for them to help me,but I am scared if they will deport me and my children,if I go there

Are your children born to british parent I mean ur partner is british the they are too if not can you tell us what was ur status when u came in uk and for how long you been living here.

No my partner is also an overstayer too.i came as a student to the uk.i have live in the uk for 7years now
