Dependent Application during Main Applicant's application

Hi All,

I am currently a dependent of a PSW visa holder since last year.

Her PSW Visa will expire in July 2014 and of course mine as well at the same time.

Now she want to apply Entrepreneur Visa in December 2013 and I will be her dependent.

I need to visit Pakistan in March 2014 for a couple of weeks, so don't want to take a chance that whether we will get our visa by then or not.

My question is that can I apply for a Dependent visa after returning from Pakistan and even if the Main Applicant's visa is in process?
