Will The Judge Ask This?

Post by Yazzy » Thu Apr 25, 2013 11:50 am

Basically my husband was refused spouse visa because they didn't think our marriage was genuine was substaining
We provided Facebook Skype emails and pictures aswell as letters and tickets of everyone that visited and came to the wedding

Anyway we have appealed and I will be putting the same kind of evidence again in court
I'm just wondering will the judge ask me why I haven't visted my husband I haven't visted my husband since the refusal
I earn enough to be able to

Does visiting help my case and prove it is a genuine relationship?

It's not an essential requirement. Depends on the circumstances. You can tell the judge why if, indeed, he is interested to know.
