Hello Friends,

I have been worried these days after applying for BC that my application may be refused. I will be totally devastated if that happens since my wife will then have no option but to go back and so will I have to.

I have no immigration faults. Have always been on tier-1 since April-2008 and then ILR in April-2013. The only thing that sometimes makes me worried is that my bank account does pay me interest of some fifty pounds annually. But as I have always been full time employed, I never went on to file returns and pay tax on those fifty pounds. Same way I used reward points on credit card and good or bad have not included them in my taxes. Will these things cause any issue.

Besides this, during extension of tier-1 visa, UKBA had refused extension and then I had to push back by filing a complaint with ombudsman, where the ruling went in my favor and UKBA returned my fee along with 100 pound penalty. Can these things cause any issue.

Also apart from this, I have often complained on may customer issues with council and other merchants and escalated them to ombudsman. Fr example I recently had to complaint about Scottish power for taking away extra money from my account. Is there any kind of database which maintains list of people who complain a lot and count it as bad behavior and refuse my BC.
