Applicants residing in Wales and Northern Island can submit their applications at the High Commission of India, London.

Consulate General of India, Edinburgh: Edinburgh together with whole of Scotland.

Obviously this is for passports, but extends to all consular, oci related jurisdicton as well. And how do embassy/consulates ascertain the applications jurisdiction? Address proof.
Inconsistent approaches by the individual employees at HCI may be giving wrong impression!
