Hi, have you heard anything from them? I did send a complanint and trying to find an immigration lawyer now, bummer, never thought that after 5 years working in the banking industry with no gaps and only being 3 months overseas during all this period i have to look for a lawyer to get done what i am entitled to by law. amazing

Got my docs with ILR back today. It was stamped 23rd May, original PEO appointment was 5th May. Interestingly they included a reply to my complaint letter which I sent them the next day after attending the appointment. It explains in detail when they were told not to accept 5 year ILR appointments and so on. So try a letter first before you go for a lawyer.

Someone asked about what was included in the accountant letter but out of all the docs thats the one they didn't return. It was quite basic and contained info about turnover, net/gross dvididends and that I am 100% shareholder.

Kawasaki! Congratulations!
I got phone call last night at around 4:45PM from HO, they granted ILR and gave me tracking number for delivery. Sounds like my complaint played a role here too. I was lucky I did not sign up with any lawyers as of yet.

One question for you: did you receive that magic letter stating that ILR is backdated and you can apply for citizenship?

thanks

If you read my post I am not one of the 4 year people as my HSMP is after April 2006, so no magic letters.
