Thanks for looking at this post! I currently live in USA and want to move to New Zealand. I am certainly confused about how the visa works and I have a question. I know that my husband needs to fill out an Expression of Interests form then my husband will be able to apply for a skilled migrant visa. After he gets the visa approval do I need the same visa also to go with him? I want to make sure that I don't need to file for the same form to be able to leave with him out of the country at the same time.
