Hi i went to USA on student visa but dropped after 6 months and started working on cash. I worked on cash for 4 years. then i came back voluntarily 2 years ago. I was never deported nor i was involved in any criminal activity .Now i am working from past 8 months in dubai and got married with australian citizen 2 months ago in India & i have applied for Australian Spouse Visa and i mentioned about my 4 years of illegal stay in 47sp from.
My wife stayed with me for 1 month in india then she went to australia and I came to dubai to resume our jobs again. We have 4 months bills of our telephonic conversations before marraige.

Will i have a problem in getting spouse visa. Pls help I am confused.
