Received my approval letter today. On the first page, it says that I'm invited for the ceremony on 30th August, 2012. But on the 2nd page (where the map is printed), the heading says Thursday 14th June, 2012.
On the 3rd page (where the check lists are that you have to fill out), it says that 'Please put a X in this box if CANNOT attend the ceremony on 14th June, 2012'. Is it only me or someone else has the same mistake? |

So are we ticking the box that we cannot attend the ceremony on the 14th of June ? Or we are leaving it as it is ?

I got the same letter with the same mistake, the one on the 1st page is the correct one. The person that is suppose to change 2nd & 3rd page forgot to change it thus the mistake. 14th June is past already so that cannot be right. Just prepare and attend on 30th August and if you cannot make it, just correct the date and send it to them. It is as simple as that. You will get there |

| you have to send the second page orginal to them (wrong date mention).dont tick the box unless you dont want to attend.just make sure send them first page photocopy highlight the 30 august ceremony.......good luck |
