Very urgent help for SET M application

I have submitted my wife's ILR application via settlement checking service and today received the acknowledgement letter from the home office. Also HO have taken the fee from my account too.

But due to compelling circumstances i want to apply via PSC (previously known PEO). Please can you advise whether it is possible to book appointment at PSC ? Though i'm happy to pay the fee difference for PSC.
Please can anyone guide me in right direction and help me with the phone number whom i need to contact.
Whether it is possible to switch to PSC?
Has anyone had a same experience before?

I have all original documents with me because scs had sent photocopied docs n returned the originals.

I would really appreciate your support n advice.

Did you keep all original documents, when does your spouse's leave expire?

Yes, the SCS officer photocopied all the paperwork and returned the originals to me. My wife's leave expires mid October 2014.

You could withdraw the case and do a PSC appointment but you'd lose the fee you've already paid.

Can any please tell me where are the timelines for SET M applications. I want to understand how long is it taking to get the ILR on 2 years spouse visa route.
