HELP PLEASE!!!!

Post by sank28 » Thu Sep 18, 2014 9:58 am

Hello,

I would be grateful if I can get some advise on a ILR application for my husband.

I have checked the website but am confused about the documents/proof that needs to be submitted with the application.

History:
We got married in Pakistan in March 2012, my husband was granted a spouse 2 year visa in Aug 2012 and arrived in the UK on the 06th Septemeber 2012.

I have filled out the SET M form - please let me know if this is the wrong form!

Documents that I currently have:
6 months salary slips
Savings bank statements
6 months bank statements
Life in the UK certificate
B1 engligh/speaking certificate
Letter from employer confirming salary
passports & photos

We don't have any joint letters addressed to us both because we currently live with my parents rent free. Do I need some sort of official letter to say that I am living with my parents?

So I have included 6 letters for my husband and 6 for me over the 2 years.

Marriage certificate - now we got married abroad so we have am religious Nikkah marriage certificate which is officially stamped. Did we need to register our marriage here?

We have a 10 month old son, I work as I have the higher salary and my husband looks after our son - do I need to include anything about him?

Also in a couple of my supporting documents their is a spelling mistake, one of the letters are the wrong way around.
Is this going to be a problem? The names not completely different or anything but instead if 'ei' its 'ie'.

Please advise if I need any further supporting evidence or if someone could provide a list that would be great!

To be honest any advise would be appreciated!

Many thanks!

No problems, get your parents to write a letter saying it's fine to live with them. B1 English and LIUK required.
