Tier 1 (G) to ILR - Doc Clarifications

Post by n8net » Thu Feb 26, 2015 11:52 am

Hello guys,

I am applying for ILR soon (Tier 1 G 5 yr route issued before April 2010) and having read the guidance.
I think I only need the following doc. would be great if someone can confirm I hv not missed anything.

1 ) Previous earnings
12 month payslips + 12 month bank statements (it is in over draft always) with the last pay slips being 31 days
before the date of application. is this ok ? do I need a more recent one ?

2) KOLL
Test Certificate

3) English
No docs + already on Tier (G)

4 ) Continuous residence
I have not been out of UK for more than 180 days in any of the previous years.
I am thinking for attaching a letter from my current employer of the annual leave.
But I hv worked for two companies on the past 5 yrs. Do I need to get one from the previous
company as well ? not sure there are still operating tho..

5) Passport + two photographs

6) SET 0 application form

Thanks

You should have said you have a degree from a UK university. The original UK degree certificate is all you need to submit to show you meet the English requirement.
