Hi
I have quick question on Set O for the dependent
The Tier1 dependant has more than 180 days in calendar year but outside qualifying period that first year after entrance . As my Tier 1 was granted before 1 April 2010 so old rule applies and my dependant need just 2 year continuous.
Do I need to fill the form as 'Yes' for her more
than 180 days ?

Also appreciate if someone share a sample cover letter for tier 1 set O please. Thanks
