Do you think I should mention this in my entry clearnce application.
My issue is that my conviction is never been convictied(so i don't have any rehabiliation period and i have clean driving
license) as when i was in UK i never got any court reply. I have heard if its more then 6 months its invalidated (that
mean I am not waiting for any court hearing now).
If I do mention it does it will effect my application. and If I decide to disclose it how should i disclose it(In pervious
convictions or waiting for court hearing).
