Backdating ILR/letter from ukba!

seniors please help!!

got ILR on Tuesday...ILR was due in january 2010 but due to refusal on basis of maintenance funds only in feb2009 and reconsideration of this decision by ukba under pankina judgement...ILR got delayed and successfully applied on 16november2010.
Can i now get a letter from ukba to confirm that i should be deemed free from immigration control from january 2010 so that i can apply for naturalisation in jan2011 when it is actually due!
i have got a letter from ukba to confirm that i have completed my 5 year continuous residency in january 2010...
please advise as appropriate...
