tier-1 reference number is not acknowledged by HO website

Hi All

I was trying for a few days to book my bio-metrics appointment after receiving an acknowledgement with a ref number from the home office for my tier-1 extension application.

Finally i called them on : 0300 123 889 and booked my appointment.

But the main thing I wanted to let every one know was that the guy on the phone told me the website malfunctions quite often. So the best way is actually to book by phone.
