Appeal allowed what next

Hi,
My appeal was allowed last month but since then I haven't heard anything from tribunal or home office, I just wanted to know if homeoffice challange the tribunal decision how I will know? Do they email my case worker straight away or we have to inquire?

Hi my appeal was allowed 30th of July on refugee basses but since then I haven't heard anything from home office or neither I received a decision letter from them, please can someone tell me what's going on and how long does it take to get BRP after successful appeal allowed, I'm just getting bit worry can someone help please thanks

You need to call ukvi department that handles appeals.Also contact tribunals & ask if home office is appealing against you which seems unlikely but make sure there isn't any further appeal pending .Don't worry if there isn't any further appeal then they have no option left but to grant you asylum.

Appeal allowed 13 September 2021

Hiya, don't stress about it because HO only giving 14 days to appeal against it and new amended judge tribunal now is that if tribunal judge allowed appeal HO won't make another case against it... But in your case is more than 14 days.. Already granted.. Try to contact tribunal regarding that though.

I emailed them on 10th of November but no reply

It’s a painful procedure but don’t worry once appeal is allowed you will get the visa for sure, however the priority on your case will be very slow and you have to be patient. I got my visa refused in April 2008 and then we appeal which was allowed in March 2009 and visa granted in July 2009 but I got my passport back in the end of August after calling multiple times to different offices, although in those time calling to vfs was also very expensive because there is no online tracking so it’s more painful.
