Hi,
just applied spouse visa ( Pakistan) and fee paid just checking do i need to fill VAF4A APPENDIX form as i could not find in documents check list can someone pleas advise thank you?

Not required to be filled.

Not required the online form has the financial information you put in now.

Presumably you submitted two application forms, one for the spouse and one for the child??
