Application for BRP requires expiry date for ILR?

My sister is an American citizen but she's lived in the UK all of her life. I'm trying to help her prove her Right to Work in the UK with a share code but we need to update her residence permit to a digital BRP for that. Her residence permit was issued in 2011 and is on a paper document stuck to one of her old passports with an Indefinite Leave to Remain status. The expiry date says "Indefinite" as well but when I try to apply to update/transfer a BRP, it requires me to input an expiry date and I can't continue the application without it. I called the UK Visa and Citizenship Application Service and they said to leave it blank but that didn't work. Anyone know what to do in this situation? I've emailed my local Citizens' Advice as the employee from the Application Service told me to talk to an immigration advisor as they cannot access the form.

Why are you being asked for BRP details when you are in fact applying for a paper-to-BRP application ??? She has no BRP so why is she being asked to enter its details ?? Are you answering the questions on the form correctly ??

Oh my god. Thanks, I was being an idiot. I should've put that she's never had/doesn't currently have a valid BRP at the moment. That's my bad. Thanks for slapping some sense into me.
