Applying for settled status

Hi. I would like to seek some guidance on when I should apply for settled status. I am non-eu citizen who is married to Eu national who has settled status. I arrived in the Uk since 8th December 2019 with family permit visa.
I applied for pre-settled status in February 2020

Questions:
1. When would I be eligible to apply for settled status? Is it December 2024 or February 2024?
2. What documents will I need to submit along the application form?
3. Would I received a BRP card like the one I have for pre-settled status?
4. How long after settled status, can I apply for citizenship?

Hey, for you, period of 5 year residence started when you first arrived in the UK and not when pre-settled status got granted. Given you have had continuous UK residence since December 2019 and can evidence it, you will be eligible to apply on December 2024. Documents most common for your case would be regarding relationship and may be residence history if their automatic checks through HMRC on your NI number doesn't satisfy the requirement.
You won't receive BRP automatically but will receive an electronic status that you can view from your UKVI account. I don't think you'll need to apply for BRP as they all expire after 31st Dec 2024 anyway.
For British citizenship, if you partner is now British citizen, you can apply straight after settled status is granted, otherwise need to wait 12 months.
