Applying PSW twice

Post by richardcja » Fri Jul 02, 2010 11:19 pm

After graduating from University I initially applied for IGS which was valid for 1 year and then convert it to PSW for another year. In those 2 years I was working.

I am now back to Tier 4 student visa and studying for my professional exams.

My question is, when I finish my studies, will I be able to apply for PSW again/?

No, it is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and you have had it.

It is there on the UKBA website in the guidance.

Yeah, this would have been true if he had tried applying again after his initial psw term. but i gather he is doing a new degree altogether. so he should be able to do a fresh psw, isnt it ?
