Filling british naturalisation form AN and MN1

Hi,

I'm new on this forum. I need a information, my wife and 2 sons arrived in UK on family reunion visa in November 2017. They got indefinite leave to remain last year in march 2022. Their total stay in UK is 5 years and 4 months. Or they eligible to apply for british citizenship? I'm on ILR as well. Many thanks

If you and wife held ILR for 12 months, and child (born outside the UK) also holds ILR then you should be able to apply for naturalisation (adults) and registration (child). If you satisfy all the requirements, including absences, being in the UK five years ago, etc.
