Certificate should be valid for 2 years. I phoned HO numerous times and they can't clearly confirm if this certificate is still valid or not. They say "might not be".
I phoned up Trinity College and (of course, it's all about money) they told me that I have to re-sit for this qualification.
The certificate has not been used for ILR as back in 2002 when I was granted with ILR there was no such requirement.
I'm very confused about this and I find so unfair to re-sit for this qualification as other qualifications that run out are still considered by HO.
