help needed: Applying for neutralization uk

I am about to apply for for neutralization but am worried what would be the outcome of it , in 2009 i got a conditional discharge for common assault battery and found guilty , its was just a miss understanding between me and my wife , though i was remanded for 4 weeks then release on conditional discharge for 12 month . i was on spouse visa then , after the whole problem my wife and i got back together then i apply for indefinite leave which i was turn down after 19 month of application , for family reason so we both appeal because she is a British , the appeal was turn down too , so we both went to court with the whole family , i was shocked the way the Judge handle the case , she said its rubbish the case should have dealt with not coming to court . so she granted me ILR and clarify the conditional discharge has been spent .
i have waited 2 years .can i apply for neutralization without any trouble because its been over 5 years , still married to my wife over 7 years of marriage with her support and family .
