How to contact home office for update on application?

Post by mohari89 » Sat Jun 24, 2023 8:16 am

Hey guys

Wondered if anyone has applied for British Citizenship recently and if you know how to email or speak to someone from HO to get an update on my application?

I submitted mine middle of April 2023 but itching to get an update on where my application is right now in the pipeline

Many thanks 🙏🏾

You won’t get a status update certainly not before six months are up. Normally the only communication is the decision letter. The helpline is a third party operation and not staffed by UKVI caseworkers. They don’t have direct access to your file. You could try emailing any of these email addresses british-citizenship/nationality-enquire ... l#p2093594. But don’t expect anything more than a standard reply.
