Passport tracking number

Hi

Anyone know which number should I use to track my passport and document on TNT?

I tried using my application number and its not working

That means the TNT has not received it yet or they did not update the system as yet.

That means the TNT has not received it yet or they did not update the system as yet.
Is this means I will get another update when TNT dispatch my passport?

Not sure. Maybe. Maybe not. Some cases the passport is just delivered without tracking. Due to corona the system is a bit lagged anyways.

Make sure to enter your postcode with space in between and your PAN number without PEX and without any spaces, should be just 10 digits in total. I have not received any sms/email with consignment number.

Thanks very much for the clarification, The HMPO did not explain any of this to me in their email and I put PEX along with the number in PAN number section last time.
