Certificate of Sponsorship Reference Number

Hello everyone!

I am applying for my Tier 2 Visa and we are not able to locate the Certificate of Sponsorship Reference Number (11 alphanumeric characters). We have logged into the employer portal and reviewed all the paper work we have been sent but are only able to locate the 9 alphanumeric character Sponsor License Number.

Could someone kindly point me in the right direction for this reference number?

Section: Certificate of Sponsorship Status

Sponsor name:
Certificate Number:
Current certificate status:
