Can you give details of your other fines? When did you offend? Can you explain what was this settlement exactly? Was it a caution or a fixed penalty notice?

Did you also get a fixed penalty notice for this more recent offence? Or was it a caution?

Sorry I think I haven't gave you full details so I committed first offence in 2017 which was ts10 for which I was given a fixed penalty notice of 3 point and £100 fine
Second in December 2018 I did an accident and I was charged for careless driving and than court gave me a conviction of cd30 which was 3 points and £270 fine.
Both offences are off from my license and at the moment I got clean license.i have got ilr since more than a year now and I am eligible for nationality but my lawyer says that I should wait for another year to apply for nationality because by waiting for another year my 5 years sentence time will be completed

So you received an out-of-court disposal, correct?
