Dependent Visa - Suggestion Needed

Here's a quick question -

Case -
Father - Skilled worker in UK - Permission until March 2026
Mother - Skilled worker in UK - Permission until September 2025

As per for rule - For new baby application (dependent) - Granted permission until the date of whichever of your parents’ permission ends first.

Question - 1) Application for new-born son in UK - Consent for baby responsbility - if we show father for sole responsbility what evidence we need to show supporting "Care and responsbilty"? This option will give us 6 months extra visa

Queston- 2) Will UK Immigration agree for a single parent sole responsbility if both of the parents staying at same address clealy showing the address proofs and mother BRP / UKVI details? Will a new consent from Mother suffice here giving consent to husband to fill form for son and father being responsible ?

So, in this case we will be applying as joint responsibility and get visa until the date of whichever of your parents’ permission ends first (mother in our case).
