Does bulgarian citizen needs a skilled worker visa?

Hello,

Guys i have arrived to UK 2 years ago and i am a bulgarian citizen.

Since then they called me for a sign so i am not sure what to do because of my financials i could not get a lawyer.

I found a place to work with so they can issue the licence how can i stay in UK as now they left EU now.

What is next step for me extend my stay here should i apply for skilled worker ?

The place i found told me they can get a licence for me to work with them really need your help

If you're going this route - yes, you need a Skilled Worker Visa.

But what is your status now? Have you got any leave to remain here legally? Since UK left the EU, there's no automatic right for you to stay in the UK.

Have you applied via EUSS?

If you don't have any legal reason to be in the UK currently, you might be in trouble.

Before i applied for it but it did not accepted so i think i am trouble when i go to sign it they said i could be deported from UK

What should i do now if i apply for skilled worker as i am illegal right now here is there a chance to get approved for the visa ?

SIgn where? Are you already under obligations to report to UKVI?

Why did you stay in the UK if you knew you don't have a legal right to be there?
