Earliest Application date for ILR

I received or switched to my Tier 2 visa on March 11, 2020 (I was in UK on student Dependent visa ). I want to know which date I can apply for the ILR . 28 days before mean February 11th , 2025? or February 12th , 2025 ? This is confusing .Please if someone can advise on this ? Thank you

The earliest date of ILR eligibility is February 11th , 2025
