EUSS SETTLEMENT FAMILY PERMIT (RU)

Hello,

I am planning to make an EUSS FAMILY permit application to invite my parents to the UK from Asia. I (non eu nationals). I have settled status in the U.K being a Portuguese national.

I have evidence of money transfer stating from November 2019 and on going. My parents have been withdrawing cash towards medical expenses. We also have part evidence of electricity bills paid online from 209-2020 and rest was by cash payment.

however, there is no evidence to show that they have been paying food bills because they were withdrawing cash from the cash machine.

Please suggest if my application is strong enough ? I would like to invite them this summer but I’m not sure what other evidence is needed ?

There is no requirement to show where the money has been spent, you only need to show that they depend on you and this can be done by bank statements or money transfers.

I had submitted just the money transfer receipts but my application was rejected asking for more evidence on dependency. What additional documents can I give to prove the dependency?

Have your parents ever lived with you in an EU country other than Portugal or in the U.K.?

If not - other than sending money what dependency do your parents have on you?

Hi, I have applied for EUSS family permit, for my father, from Russia. I also only submitted money transfer receipts, as at gov.uk it states it can be either money transfer receipts or bank statements. I am worried now, beet waiting since 12th of January. Are there any updates on your application? Thanks
