Eligible to claim Child Benefit?

Hi,

I'd like to know if I'm eligible to claim Child Benefit?

I got two children, earning £65K per annual, holding ILR.
My husband is student and un-employed, also with ILR status.
Children are British citizens.

As you hold ILR you are entitled to claim child benefit, if you qualify.

Your husband should claim child benefit, that will not only provide him some income but also protect his NI record.

please do note, you'll have to pay some of these back to hmrc on your tax return what your husband will get between april to march as you are earning over £60k. but he will get full qualifying year for pension. you'll have to register for self assessment if you don't send it already.
