Failed Asylum 23 years

Post by BOBCAT70 » Tue Aug 06, 2024 2:46 pm

Seeking advice
Entered UK late 2001.
After 6 months visitors visa , switched to student visa twice for three years to about late 2005
Overstayed till 2009, then applied for asylum. Rejected by tribunal around 2010 after appeals. So appeals exhausted.
Have been reporting to every month since since 2009.
Not much in terms of supporting docs, except the reporting stamps.
Seeking advice on whether an application for regularisation through long period is feasible.
Is it advisable to do it myself, money is tight

Thank you

You can do it yourself. You should be able to apply for FLR FP since you have been here over 20 years but the fee is now £3635. Hopefully you can apply for fee waiver if you can show very low income or if you have to pay the fee you may become destitute. Good luck.
