family dependent PBS VISA

Hi,

I came in UK on Tier2 general Visa in 2019, later in time of extension its converted to PBS. My extended PBS Visa is valid til August 2025, my family came in this country on my dependent Visa. I am still working with same employer who sponsored my Tier 2 and PBS Visa.

4 Month ago, I alone apply for ILR and got my ILR, But My family is still PBS dependent visa.

Is it legal to stay on PBS depended Visa until it’s valid? Please suggest

Their visas remain valid!!
