Family visa for Child of British Citizen

Hello!

I have a daughter who was born in the UK when I was still on Tier 2 General visa in 2019. I have since became a UK citizen via Naturalisation, in 2022.
We didn't take british citizenship for her even though she was eligible, because we weren't sure if we wanted to give her Indian citizenship away. She travelled to India, with her mother and myself, the father, and has been in India until now. I have moved back to be with them as well, so we are living together as a family.

We are now planning to come back to the UK and my wife is applying as a Family Visa (she was on PBS dependant when the child was born).

My question is which visa category should the child apply?

I'm trying via the Appendix FM Child, but there's a few questions about parents that stump me.
There's this first question:
"Give details about your parent who is currently applying for (or already has) limited leave to enter or remain as a:

partner of a settled person; or
parent of a settled child

What is this person's relationship to you? "
The answer is my wife because she's applying as a partner to me (family visa).

Then, there's this question:
"Give details about the person who sponsored <wife's> application for limited leave to enter or remain in the UK"
The answer to this is myself, because I am sponsoring my wife's visa.

Then there's another question:
"Provide details about your other parent. Do not provide details about a parent who you have already given details about "
There's no one else here. Both parents are already listed, and I can't leave this empty.

Please can someone help?
